Expert Witness

After a Neuropsych Consultation or a Capacity Evaluation, typically a report is generated. For QME evaluations, a report is always written. The Neuropsych or QME report can assist in dispute resolution or help clarify psychiatric / neuropsych status and capacity. 

I am an expert witness and I have completed the legal document called the Capacity Declaration (for Conservatorship) in many counties in the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa and San Mateo Counties). I have consulted with Adult Protective Services (APS) in all of these counties as well. 

Additionally, I have been deposed as an expert by attorneys and I have testified in court and been deemed an expert witness in Alameda and San Francisco Counties in both Probate and Criminal Courts. I am an expert witness in Neuropsychology, Capacity, Dementia, Brain Injury, Psychiatric Disability and Psychology.
