Fees

I do not accept any insurance. 

My fees are $350 per hour for Neuropsychological Consultation or a Capacity Evaluation. I charge for travel time, interview with other parties, consultation with your attorney, emails or calls, review of medical records, administration of testing measures and completing a written consultation report.

I require a 4 hour minimum retainer paid in advance and the balance is due upon completion of the written consultation report. Most Neuropsych Consultations and Capacity Evaluations are between 4-10 hours, but each case is unique.

My fees are $400 per hour for Expert Witness services (deposition, court hearings, completing legal documentation and court testimony).

QME and AME billing is through the Division of Worker's Compensation (DWC).

For private pay cases, I only accept payment via VENMO or PayPal to @alamedaneuropsych. No cards, cash or checks are accepted.
