Fees, Payments, and Clinical Policies

Professional Consultation Terms

• Independent Evaluation: All neuropsychological consultations are independent clinical evaluations.

• No Guaranteed Outcomes: Results are based strictly on clinical data and objective testing; therefore, I do not guarantee that my findings will support a specific legal or personal outcome.

• Optional Written Reports: To provide cost-effective services, the written consultation report is optional. After the initial evaluation, you or your attorney may elect not to have a report generated if the findings are not helpful to your case.

Financial Responsibility

• Payment for Service Time: You are responsible for payment for all professional time spent on your case, including any communication (emails, texts, calls), record review, travel, and patient interviews, regardless of whether a final report is requested or if the clinical findings are favorable to your situation.

• Non-Refundable Retainer: A retainer of $2,000 (covering a 5-hour minimum) is required prior to the commencement of any services. This retainer is non-refundable.

• Unused Funds: Any unused portion of the retainer upon completion of services will not be returned.

Payment Methods

• Accepted Payments: I strictly accept payments via Zelle or wire transfer.

• Prohibited Payments: Under no circumstances are credit cards, cash, or personal checks accepted.
